One weekend we stayed at the ‘Hotel de Paris’ in Cromer from which we had a wonderful view of the pier and sea. It also meant there was no excuse not to get up really early to photograph the sunrise on Sunday morning. Unfortunately at this time of year sunrise is round the corner from Cromer…. so we had fun taking long exposures of the retreating tide! This was taken on a tripod, using a Canon 760D, with a Sigma 10-20 lens, at ISO 100, f22 and 18 mm, for 30 sec. I think I only used a 1.2 ND filter. The image has been minimally processed in Photoshop CC 2017; only cropping and saturation adjustments, and a bit of healing brush for spot removal!
